Due to the high degree of customization and upfront resource allocation, our refund policy is outlined below.
Refund Policy
Once a project contract is signed and payment is made, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances, unless The Web Lift Co. Ltd. fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as specified in the signed contract.

Website Design & Development Packages
SEO Campaigns (Monthly or Yearly)
AI Agent Development & Automation Projects
Subscription-based solutions tied to a signed agreement
Refunds will only be considered if The Web Lift Co. Ltd. fails to deliver the scope of work that both parties have agreed upon in writing. All deliverables must be clearly stated in the contract prior to project start.
All payments made to The Web Lift Co. Ltd. are final. Clients are strongly advised to review proposals, expectations, and timelines thoroughly before signing and submitting payment.
Client Responsibility Before Payment
• It is the client’s responsibility to clearly communicate expectations, preferred designs, feature requests, and business goals during the consultation phase.
• A contract or agreement will be signed prior to starting any work.
• Clients must ensure they fully understand the scope, timeline, and cost of the service before payment is made.
Yearly Contract Terms
All projects and subscriptions are billed on a yearly contract basis unless otherwise specified. Once initiated, contracts cannot be paused, terminated, or refunded prematurely. Payments are considered a commitment for the entire term.
Dispute Resolution
If any disputes arise regarding project quality, timeline, or scope:
• The Web Lift will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue as per the signed agreement.
• However, these efforts do not constitute grounds for a refund.
